摘要
利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、动态接触角及表面张力测试仪及万能材料试验机研究了不同表面处理工艺对碳纤维力学性能、表面形貌和界面性能的影响,以及在相同表面处理工艺下不同型号上浆剂对碳纤维界面性能的影响。结果表明:当处理电流和电压在一定范围内,表面处理不影响碳纤维的力学性能;随着表面处理电流和电压的增加,碳纤维表面沟槽、表面粗糙度、纤维的浸润性不断增加;相同表面处理工艺下,采用5#上浆剂较4#和HS-1#上浆剂具有更高的层间剪切强度。
In this article, we researched the effect on the carbon mechanical property, surface topography and interface property caused by different surface treating processes, using SEM, dynamic contact angle tester and mechanical test machine. We also researched the differences of carbon fiber surfaces with different sizing at same surface treating process. As the test results show, the surface treating process won't affect the mechanical of carbon fiber at a certain extent scope of electric current and voltage. As the rising of the electric current and voltage, the ditch and roughness of carbon fiber surface will be added, and the infiltration properties will be improved. At the same treating process, No 5# has a better ILSS property than the No 4# and HS-1# sizing.
