History and Controlling Strategy of Locust Plague in China

回顾了我国蝗灾发生的历史,从中总结分析了蝗灾发生的原因及防治的对策。防治蝗灾的方法主要包括:生态防治、化学防治、生物防治、利用现代化技术进行防治,并且应始终坚持"改治并举"的方针政策,综合各种防治手段,与时俱进,以开创出一种有效、环保、低耗的治理体系为目标,结合传统与现代技术全方位地减轻乃至消灭蝗灾。

The history of locust plague in China was reviewed, and the causes and prevention of locust disaster were analyzed and summarized. The prevention methods included ecological control, chemical control, biological control and technical control. These methods should be utilized together, the policy of ＂changing and controlling simultaneously＂ should be consistently adhered to and pace should be kept with the times to combine traditional and modem technologies to reduce, even to eliminate locust plague and to create an effective, green and low-power system.
