中国公租房、廉租房融资困境的突破

Breakthrough of Chinese Public Rental and Low-rent Housing Financing Plight

借鉴国外经验,我国城镇的保障安居工程建设以公租房、廉租房为主。目前公租房、廉租房建设资金仍依赖财政资金,资金规模严重不足,制约其保障作用的发挥。本文从融资现状与困境、国外经验、政策建议三个方面进行分析,对突破融资困境提出了三项建议。

Learning from foreign experience,housing protection projects in Chinese urban is mainly public rental or low-cost housing.Right now,the construction fund of public rental and low-cost housing is still government finance depending,and the lack of fund has seriously restricted its security role.This article focus on the present situation of financing plight and experience from foreign country,based on which policy suggestions are proposed.
