摘要
本文介绍了导叶铸焊成型的工艺过程及铸焊导叶有代表性的两种结构特点,导叶堆焊不锈钢新工艺和导叶轴颈精加工的特殊加工方法.
The technological process of forming of the cast-welded guide vanes and their two representative structural features are introduced in this paper.New technology of the guide vane buttering with stainless steel and the specific method for finish machining of guide vane journal are described.
