个人知识的形成是先天遗传基因和后天习得的共同作用的结果。个人知识的形成和演变路径一般遵循:事实→数据→信息→知识→智慧。知识的传播路径有两条:第一条路径:个体的知识→群体的知识→民族的知识→人类的知识;第二条路径:人类的知识→民族的知识→群体的知识→个体的知识。个人知识的获取是社会分工的前提和基础,社会分工的本质就是知识分工。
