Design of QF3512K Rotary Table Shot Blast Cleaning Machine

利用抛丸机将一定粒度的弹丸高速抛射到工件毛坯表面上,可对毛坯表面进行清理并提高其机械性能,这种工艺在机械制造行业已得到广泛应用。本文设计了一种转台式抛丸清理机,转台可匀速转动,两台抛丸器高速抛出的弹丸形成扇形束,连续均匀地打击转台上的工件,可对中、小型铸铁件、铸钢件的表面和内腔进行抛喷丸清理。使用结果证明:毛坯表面清理干净,提高了其机械性能,有利于外观检验和后续机械加工。

The surface of work piece can be cleaned and its mechanical property can be improved through throwing granular pellets with certain size to the surface of work piece using shot blasting machine.The technology has been used widely in mechanical manufacturing.In this paper,a rotary table type cleaning machine is designed.The table can rotate uniformly.The high speed pellets being thrown by 2 blasters form a fan-shaped beam and blow work piece on the table continuously and uniformly to clean the surface and inner cavity of cast iron or steel castings.The application results prove that the rough surface is cleaned and its mechanical property is improved also.It is favorable for appearance inspection and subsequent mechanical processing.
