摘要
叙述了采用脱箱造型线的铸造车间设计实例,结合铸件特点介绍了主要设备选型,设备特点,重点论述了车间平面布置设计,提出了两种布置方案,并对两个设计方案进行了对比分析,同时对铁液输送方式做了介绍。
This paper describes the use of flaskless molding line casting workshop design,introduces the main equipment selection, equipment characteristics combined with the casting characteristics,discusses the workshop layout design, puts forward two kinds of layout scheme.Two design methods are compared and analyzed, at the same time the molten iron transportation mode is introduced.
