摘要
铸造车间用气力输送系统中弯头的曲率半径对弯头压力损失的影响进行了探讨,经实际研究认为弯头横截面直径d(内径)与弯头弯曲的曲率半径R之比为0.2左右时比较实用,并将结果在实际输送系统中得到了验证。
The influence of elbow curvature radius on pressure loss in pneumatic conveying system of casting workshop was discussed.The reaserch showed that the proper ratio of elbow diameter of section and curvature radius was 0.2,which had been validated in the practical delivery system.
