摘要 为开发出合格的机车牵引电机端盖球墨铸铁件,设计了底注式浇注系统配合冷铁和冒口的铸造工艺,并进行了试制;通过MAGMAsoft凝固模拟软件对试制工艺进行了分析和优化,解决了试制过程中的缩松问题,最终,铸件开发取得了成功。 In order to develop excellent nodular iron cover casting for motors, the foundry technology by means of applying bottom gating system and cooperating chill and riser was designed, and trial-produce was carried out.The foundry technology was analyzed and optimized by solidification simulation software MAGMAsoft,and the shrinkage problems were solved.Finally,the casting was successfully developed.
