摘要
为检验遥测组件是否能正确的完成航天测试任务,设计了一种基于USB总线的航天遥测组件的检测设备,可以为遥测组件模拟待测试信号和各种控制信号。通过422高速差分接口读取遥测组件的测量数据,利用FPGA对数据编码后通过USB接口上传至计算机分析。该设计采用FPGA+单片机结构,既满足了高速、可靠性要求,又增强了设备的灵活性,只需要稍微改动即可对不同测试组件进行检测。
To detect whether the telemetry component correctly complete the measurement task,this paper designed a testing equipment for aerospace telemetry component.The equipment can simulate testing signal and control signal,read the measurement data through 422 high-speed difference interface,code the data with FPGA and upload to the computer through USB interface.The paper uses FPGA+MCU structure,meets the requirement of high-speed and credibility,and enhances the flexibility of equipment,it can test different measurement component only need a little change.
