摘要 为预防高温压力管道泄漏或恶性爆管事故的发生,研制了耐高温长周期光纤光栅对高温管道表面应变进行实时监测的安全预警系统。在使用光纤光栅解调仪进行信号解调的基础上,开发了基于PC机的高温压力管道光纤应变监测软件,该软件使用虚拟仪器编译软件LabVIEW进行编写,具备信号分析、实时报警、数据管理、监测报表以及参数设定等功能。文中在对应变超限预警模型分析的基础上,采用了累计应变和应变速率2种方式进行编程,实现了对应变信号的实时监控和预警。 In order to prevent the leakage or explosion of the high temperature and pressure pipeline, a security alarm system was developed using the high temperature LFBG to monitor the surface strain of the high temperature pipeline in real-time. On the basis of using optical fiber grating demodulator, a computer monitoring system was designed to process the demodulated signals of the high temperature pressure pipeline, and this monitoring system was written in LabVIEW, including signal analysis, real-time a- lama, and data management, monitoring statements, parameter setting and other functions. Based on the analysis of the strain thresh-old model, the total strain and strain rate was programmed, to realize the real-time monitoring and early warning of the signals.
