摘要
针对涡流检测中微弱信号容易被噪声湮灭的问题,设计了一套桥式涡流检测系统,通过硬件合成信号的方法滤除涡流检测信号中的杂波信号,提高了检测信号的精度和系统的抗干扰能力;同时给出了桥式涡流检测系统的硬件电路图,介绍了各部分的软硬件设计;对Q235钢轴进行实测,取得了较好的效果,具有良好的工程应用前景。
Eddy current testing weak signal by noise annihilation, this paper designed a bridge eddy current testing system to fiher out the clutter signal in eddy current testing signal by the method of hardware synthesized ignal simproved the accuracy of the detection signal and anti-jamming capability. The paper presented the bridge eddy current testing system. It hardware schematic, it described the various part of the hardware and software design Q235 round bar was measured. And it achieved good reults, has a good prospect of engineering application.
