摘要 响应时间和使用寿命是氧传感器最重要的两个指标。依据电化学原理选用氧化锆和Pt做主要材料的保护层,使其成为催化三相界面载体和反应区。通过氧传感器特性曲线分析表明,新保护层减小扩散阻碍作用对电极性能的影响,从而提高氧传感器的反应速度和寿命。 Response time and the service life are the two most important indexes of oxygen sensor.The protective layer selected zirconia and Pt as main material based on the electrochemical principle,made it become catalytic three-phase interface carrier and the main reaction area,that reduced gas diffusion barrier effect on electrode performance caused by protective layer.Thereby it improves the reaction speed and the service life of the oxygen sensor.
