摘要
文中概述了汽车电子产品中典型代表的汽车用硅基压力传感器的环境适用性。对温湿度、振动、冲击、盐雾、腐蚀、油泥污染等环境条件及传感器的失效情况进行了分析,列举了目前国内外采用的相关试验标准及标准方法。针对汽车用硅基压力传感器的实际工况使用条件,指出现有国内外环境试验标准中试验方法的局限性。
This paper summarized the methods of environmental test for the vehicle silicon-based pressure sensor.The paper analyzed the environment conditions such as temperature and humidity,vibration,impact,salt fog,corrosion and pollution;and it presented the sensor failure case analysis.It listed the expeviment criterion and standard methods at home and abroad.Aimed at the actual working condition of the vehicle silicon-based pressure sensor,the paper pointed out the limitations of the present test methods to environmental test.
