摘要2012年7月31日,美国政府发布《生物监测国家战略》（National Strategy for Biosurveillance）（以下简称＂战略＂）,由总统奥巴马签署并作序,正文8页,包括引言、概述、威胁环境、指导原则、目标与核心功能、保障措施、未来打算、结论等部分。本文简要介绍并分析该＂战略＂的重点内容。
