摘要 固有性免疫应答是宿主快速抵抗微生物病原体的重要机制,其主要依赖表达于免疫细胞的模式识别受体(pattern rec-ognition receptor,PRR)识别诸如病毒双链RNA(dsRNA)、单链RNA(ssRNA)、非甲基化寡聚核苷酸基序(CpG)、病毒蛋白等病原相关分子模式(pathogen-associated molecular pattern,PAMP),启动细胞内级联性信号转导途径,
