论中国利率汇率市场化改革的必要性

On Necessity of Liberalization Reform of Interest and Exchange Rate in China

本文认为,利率市场化有助于通过降低投资率、促进消费来推动中国经济增长方式转型,而汇率市场化带来的人民币升值则有助于中国减少经常项目顺差,实现经济的再平衡。因此,中国有必要加快利率和汇率市场化改革。

This paper believes that interest rate liberalization is conducive to promoting the transformation of China＇ s economic growth model through reducing investment rate and promoting consumption. RMB appreciation brought by the liberalization of exchange rate can help China reduce its current account surplus and achieve the rebal-ance of economy. Therefore, it is necessary for China to accelerate the liberalization reform of interest rate and ex-change rate.
