膜分散萃取净化湿法磷酸的实验研究

摘要 采用名义孔径为20μm的烧结网作为分散介质,以水/磷酸/TBP+异丙醚和水/磷酸/TBP+煤油为体系,研究了磷酸浓度、混合液总流量、相比及不同萃取剂对萃取率的影响。实验结果表明:萃取率随磷酸浓度的增高而增高;随流量的变化而影响较小;随相比的增加而增加;在相同条件下的萃取效果是:TBP+异丙醚(25%)>TBP+异丙醚(50%)>TBP+煤油。 The 20 μm stainless steel fiber sintered membrane is used as dispersion media to study the effects of phase ratio, using the system of water/phosphate acid/TBP + Isopropyl ether and water/phosphate acid/TBP + kerosene, the effects of phosphoric acid concentration, volume flow, phase ratio and different extractant on the extraction, are studied. The results shows that the extraction efficiency is increased with the raising of phosphoric acid concentration;barely changed when the volume flow changed;raised with the increasing of phase ratio ; under the same condition, the extraction efficiency of different extractant is TBP + Isopropyl ether(25% ) 〉 TBP + isopropyl ether(50% ) 〉 TBP + kerosene.
