摘要
对精益生产在我国企业的推进中,产生了巨大的经济效益的同时存在的诸多问题进行了归纳总结,分析了影响精益生产实施能力和结果的人员、技术、环境和文化四个关键因素及其内容,并在分析了已有文献提出的以结果为导向的评价指标体系的基础上,提出了基于上述四个因素的,以过程为导向的评价精益生产的实施能力和效果的指标体系,并给出了各指标具体的意义和评估建议。
Lean production has made huge economic benefits to those enterprises which implement it. But there are still many problems,this article summarizes the problems.It analyses four key factors which may affect the capacity and results of lean production implementation.The four factors are staff, technology,surrounding and culture.On the basis of literatures which construct result-oriented evaluation index system,it puts forward another process-oriented index system with the previous four factors,and also indicates the implications and evaluation recommendations of them.
