摘要
从满足重载滚珠丝杠副可靠性要求出发,对其主要失效模式进行了分析,提出了一种基于应力——强度干涉模型和截尾分布理论的重载滚珠丝杠副可靠性设计方法;结合所开发的跑合试验台设计了重载滚珠丝杠副可靠性试验方法。试验结果表明,所提出的重载滚珠丝杠副可靠性设计与试验方法正确有效,适用于重载滚珠丝杠副新产品开发与可靠性检验。
To meet the reliability requirements of heavy load ball screw, its mare tanure moaes are ana-lyzed and a reliability design method of heavy load ball screw is proposed based on stressstrength interfer-ence and truncated distribution theory. Combined with the developed running test bench, the reliability test method of is designed. The test results show that the proposed reliability design and test methods are reasonable and effective for heavy load ball screw and are also suitable for the product development and reliability inspection of heavy load ball screw.
