摘要
针对PLC与外界信息交互性差及其监控系统开发中存在的成本高等问题,采用普通PC机作为开发平台和VB6.0作为开发工具,提出了一种较为通用的PLC资源管理系统框架及实现方法。详细分析了编程口通信协议,重点介绍了控制指令字符串的生成机制及VB程序开发过程中需要解决的关键函数。最后,通过该软件系统与FX2N-48MR PLC的联机测试对该框架进行了可行性和有效性的验证。实验表明,该系统运行稳定,可以实现对PLC的内部资源更直观、高效、快捷的管理。
Aiming at problems,such as the PLC＇s poor interaction with the outside,and the high developing cost of it＇s test and control System and the like,the PC Machine was taken as the developing platform and the VB6.0 as the developing tool,a kind of the general PLC resources management System frame and it＇s Implement method were presented.The programming port communicating protocol was analized in detail,with the emphasis on the generating mechanisms of the control instruction strings and the key functions required when developing the VB program.At last,the feasibility and effectiveness of the System were validated with the debugging on-line.The result shows that this System runs stably and can realize more intuitive,effective and efficient management for PLC internal resources.
