摘要 以安阳鑫盛机床厂生产的9m数控丝杠旋风铣床为研究对象,通过CATIA建立旋风铣床横梁的三维模型,并对横梁模型进行了简化。利用ANSYS Workbench建立了横梁的有限元模型,并对横梁进行了应力分析和模态分析,得到了横梁的应力分布云图和前6阶固有频率。通过应力分析对横梁结构进行了优化,提高了横梁抵抗破坏的性能。通过对固有频率分析,表明横梁设计符合动态性能要求。 The large screw whirlwind milling machine is taken as the research object, which is turned out by the XINSheng Machine tool factory. The three dimensional solid model of the beam is built by the software CATIA and the model is simplified. Finite element model is built by ANSYS Workbench. Through modal analysis and stress analysis of the beam, the first six orders natural frequency and stress distribution of images of the beam are obtained. The structure of the beam is optimized through the stress analysis, which improves the performance of beam for resisting damage. Through natural frequency anal-ysis, which indicate the dynamic performance of beam designed to meet requirements.
