摘要
项目导向型企业把基于项目的管理作为组织战略,项目的质量保障对于提高客户满意度、提升企业形象起着至关重要的作用。从优化项目质量角度出发,给企业中各个项目以及项目的各个任务赋予了不同的质量影响因子,对企业中多项目共享的人力资源根据技能水平进行了划分,将项目质量最优化问题,转化为企业所有项目配置的人力资源技能水平最高的问题并设计了算法,通过对人力资源优化配置实现了项目质量的优化。最后通过案例分析确保了模型的可操作性,以期对项目导向型企业进行人力资源配置提供一种定量化的方法和视角。
The project oriented company regards management based on projects as organizational strategy. It gains profits by carrying out a series of projects ceaselessly. All the activities of project oriented company are related to projects. The quallty assurance of projects plays an important role in improving customers' satisfaction and promoting the corporate image. Starting out from the view of project quality optimization, this article endows each project and task in project oriented company with different quality influence divisor, classifies human resources shared among multi - projects in project oriented company according to their skill levels, transforms the problem of projects quality optimization into human resource allocation optimization. The algorithm is designed for optimal allocation d human resources, reviling the optimization;on of all the project quality in project oriented company. At the end, the maneuverability d the model is ensured by means of the case analysis. This model is expected to provide a quantitative method and perspective for project oriented company to allocate human resource.
