摘要
利用太阳能跟踪支架,使太阳能电池始终能被太阳光直射以提高发电效率,降低太阳能电池板的尺寸并节省成本。文中设计以STM32F103ZET6为控制核心的太阳支架双轴跟踪控制系统,系统根据支架所在地的经纬度与时间,计算出蜗轮蜗杆与推杆的相应位置,改变支架的高度角与方位角,实现双轴跟踪;并且利用照度传感器与风速传感器,使支架能适应不同天气;加入软件自动修复等技术,降低系统功耗、提高系统稳定性。该产品在实际应用中能较好地满足精度与稳定性要求。
Solar trackers are racks for photo-voltaic modules that move to point at the sun throughout the day. Trackers add to the efficiency of the system, reducing its size and cost. This project uses two DC motors to control the position of solar energy collectors, using STM32F103ZET6. The software includes the positioning of collectors through DC motors & data acquisition and processing in MCU. Pyranometer is needed to read the light intensity. Ambient condition monitoring for pressure, temperature may also be needed to optimize efficiency and power output. The tracker has good performance in the accuracy and stability requirements in practical applications.
