摘要
采自四川的一种蘑菇(AGCDH111),幼时为灰白色,成熟后浅棕色,担子上着生1个和2个孢子;ITS-PCR、ITS-RFLP、ITS4和ITS5序列分析,结果表明,野生蘑菇的ITS-PCR和ITS-RFLP指纹图谱与双孢蘑菇As2796相同,与双孢蘑菇AS2796的ITS4&5序列同源性为99.09%,鉴定该蘑菇为双孢蘑菇。
A kind of wild marshroom 'Agaricus bisporue( AGCDH111 ) 'which was collected from Sichuan, was grey in immature and light brown in mature, and its basidium had 1 or 2 spores observed by the microscopy, which was further studied by ITS-PCR, ITS-RFLP, ITS4 and ITSS, the results showed that the finger prints of ITS-PCR and ITS-RFLP of the wild marshroom were similar to that ofAgaricus bisporue strain As2796, and the ITS4&5 sequence homology between the wild marshroom and Agaricus bisporue strain As2796 was 99.09 %, so the wild marshroom was identified as Agaricus bisoorus.
