摘要
草莓‘托特母’(Totem)是典型的喜冷凉草莓品种,适宜在滇西北地区种植。文章以草莓‘托特母’匍匐茎茎尖为试材,建立了其组织快繁的技术体系。结果表明,0.1%升汞消毒最佳时间为12 min,MS+6-BA0.5 mg/L+IBA0.1 mg/L组合培养基诱导分化效果最好,MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+IBA0.5 mg/L为增殖培养基,增殖系数为6.2。另外,在生根阶段,加入适宜的活性炭有利于生根。
Fragaria ananassa (Totem)is a typical of strawberry varieties, which is adapted to cool climate and suited to planting in north-west of Yunnan province. Creeping stem tip was used as explants in this study. We also established its tissue culture and rapid propagation system. The results were as follows:the best sterilized time was 12 rain by 0.1% HgC12. The optimum medium for differentiation was MS + 6-BA0.5 mg/L + IBA0.1 mg/L. The adequate multiplication medium was MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg/L + IBA0.5 mg/L, and the regeneration in-dex was 6.2. During rooting process of plant tissue culture, a reasonable amount of the activated charcoal (AC) could promote rooting.
