The Financing Mode of China's Civilian-Run Science-Technology Enterprises

改革开放 2 1年来 ,民营科技企业获得了长足发展 ,在经济中起着举足轻重的作用 ,但由于国家政策一直以扶持具有战略地位的大型国有企业为重点 ,民营科技企业的融资几乎为一个真空地带 ,资金筹措难始终是制约民营科技企业发展的关键问题。突破资金不足的瓶颈有三种战略选择 :利用风险投资资金 。

Since China's implementation of reform and opening-up policies for 21 years, civilian-run science-technology enterprises have made constant progress and have thus played an important role in the economy of the country. However, financing these enterprises almost falls into a deserted situation because of the government's priority over large-scale and strategically important state-run enterprises. Insufficient financing has always been a restrictive factor to further development of civilian-run enterprises. However, there are still ways out: such as the application of risk investment capitals, or issuing the securities at the stock exchange markets of Hong Kong and other regions.
