日本草履蚧成虫触角、足和翅感受器超微结构研究 被引量:3

摘要 应用电子扫描技术,对日本草履蚧雌、雄成虫触角、足及雄虫翅上的感受器的种类、数量、分布进行了观察。结果表明,雌、雄体表共存在5种类型的感受器,分别为毛形感受器、刺形感受器、腔形感受器、C形感受器和腔锥形感受器。其中毛形感受器最多,触角、足、翅上均有大量分布,占总感受器数量的90%。其他类型的感受器数量均较少,仅占总感受器数量的10%。腔形感受器、C形感受器只分布于雄虫,而腔锥形感受器仅见于雌虫。 The ultrastructures of sensilla on the antenna, leg and wing of Drosicha corpulenta (Kuwana) adult were observed with a scanning electron microscope. The results showed that five types of sensillar on its antenna, leg and wing were identified in both sexes, including sen-silla trichodea, sensilla chaeticas, sensilla cavity, sensilla C-form and sensilla coeloconica. Sensilla tfichodea was the dominant type, which accounted for more than 90 %, and distributed on the leg,antenna and wing. Other sensilla were little, which accounted for about 10 % in total. Sensilla cavity and sensilla C-form were only found on the female adults, while sensilla coeloconica was observed only on the male a-dults.
