摘要
以香菇栽培袋分离菌株为研究材料,以香菇931-9为对照菌株,采用拮抗反应及ISSR分子标记方法对2个试验菌株进行鉴定。结果显示,香菇栽培袋分离菌株与对照菌株呈隆起性拮抗反应,ISSR图谱存在显著差异,具有0.310的遗传距离,证实青川县香菇栽培袋分离菌株与对照菌株931-9不是同一菌株。
In this paper, taken an isolate from Lentinus edodes cultivation bags as tested materials and Lentinus edodes 931-9 as control. An-tagonism and ISSR were employed in identification of the isolate. The results showed that the ridgy antagonism between the isolate and the control was observed,and their ISSR patterns had significant difference,their genetic distance was 0.310, which proved that the isolate was different from Lentinus edodes 931-9.
