摘要
以西门子S7-300系列PLC作为控制核心,采用WinCC设计人机交互界面构建拧紧监控界面,系统采用模块化编程,并以最新的现场总线技术,统一数据库管理,使用ABB变频器,对拧紧机电气控制系统进行全新设计。应用德国西门子S7-300系统PLC、PROFI BUS DP现场总线技术,结合带有PROFI BUS DP接口的绝对值型编码器、光电式传感器和接近式传感器.完成拥有PLC和变频器控制系统的设计方案。经过生产现场实际应用,设计出的全自动系统功能完善、合理、操作简便、实用、故障率低,可以满足生产现场的需要,达到了预期效果。
The electrical control system of tightening machine was re-designed completely with Siemens S7- 300 series PLC as the control core through designing HMI and establishing monitoring interface by WinCC, conducting modular programming in the system, unifying database management by latest site bus bar technology and using ABB frequency converter. A design plan with PLC and frequency converter control system was formulated by adopting Siemens S7-300 series PLC and PROFIBUS DP site bus bar technology in combination with absolute valued decoder, photocell type sensor and proximity sensor with PROFIBUS DP connectors. The practice at production site proved that the designed fully automatic system showed perfect functions, reasonability, easy operation, practicality and low failure rate and could meet the requirement of production site. The anticipated effect was achieved.
