摘要
为了节能降耗,采用恒定压力供水的方法,设计了冶金企业生产恒压供水系统。介绍了该系统的主电路、PLC的I/O口、变频器、主程序框图的设计方法。经实际运行,该系统操作方便,稳定性高、抗电磁扰动能力强,具有节能效果,提高了经济效益。
In order to save energy and reduce consumption, constant pressure water supply method is adopted to design water supply system for production in metallurgy enterprise. This paper explains the design approach of main circuit, I/O ports of PLC, frequency converter and main program architecture of the said system. Practical run shows the system, easy to operate, with high stability and strong electromagnetic interference resistance, results in good energy conservation effect and improves economic benefit.
