摘要 进入21世纪,创新已日渐成为影响企业兴旺的重要因素。本文以破坏性创新理论为基础,通过分析"苹果","小米"手机取得成功的模式,说明我国作为手机行业的后进入者在全球化分工的背景下,应该重视破坏性商业模式的运用,并提出相应的政策建议。 In the 21st century, innovation has become an important factor influencing the prosperity of enterprises.Based on the destructive innovation theory,this essay tries to illustrate why mobile phone industry in China,as a new entrant under the background of the global division of labor, should pay attention to destructive business model,and put forward some recommendations,through analysis of successful model of 'Apple', 'MIUI' smart phones.
