海南英语导游跨文化交际能力调查

Investigation of Hainan English Tour Guides’ Intercultural Communicative Competence

本文以英国语言Belay的跨文化交际理论为基础,设计了两个调查问卷,分别对海南英语导游的跨文化交际能力和外国游客对导游的跨文化交际能力满意度进行了实证调查,以了解跨文化交际能力的影响因素,海南英语导游整体的跨文化交际水平,揭示了海南英语导游跨文化交际中存在的问题和原因,进一步提出了提高导游跨文化交际能力的对策。

This paper based on Belay＇s Intercultural Communication Theory, design two questionnaires to investigate Hainan English tour guides＇ intercultural communicative competence and foreign tourist satisfaction, try to find out the influential factors of its intercultural communicative competence, analyzes the existing problems and the relevant reasons, puts forward solutions to improve their competence.
