摘要 劳动就业权是残疾人与普通人一样共同享有的重要权利。30年来,各级政府不断改善残疾人劳动就业权的实现。但是,残疾人在实现劳动就业权尚存问题。表现在残疾人劳动报酬低,就业率低;技能培训不到位,就业能力较差;就业扶助制度不完善,扶助措施不到位等等。保障其劳动就业权就应给予残疾人以特别的扶助,积极开展残疾人职业技能培训,采取必要的措施保障残疾人受教育的权力,提高残疾人的素质和就业水平。 The right of labor and employment is an important right of the disabled and ordinary people to enjoy.In 30 years, governments at all levels to improve implementation of the right of labor and employment of persons with disabilities. However, people with disabilities in the implementation of the right of labor and employment problems. In the disabled labor and low pay, low employment rate; skills training is not in place., the employment ability is poor; employment aid system is not perfect, support measures are not in place and so on. Protect the employment rights of the disabled to should give special assistance, actively carry out occupation skill training for people with disabilities, to take the necessary measures to ensure the rights to receive education, improve the quality and level of employment of persons with disabilities.
