劳动就业权是残疾人与普通人一样共同享有的重要权利。30年来,各级政府不断改善残疾人劳动就业权的实现。但是,残疾人在实现劳动就业权尚存问题。表现在残疾人劳动报酬低,就业率低;技能培训不到位,就业能力较差;就业扶助制度不完善,扶助措施不到位等等。保障其劳动就业权就应给予残疾人以特别的扶助,积极开展残疾人职业技能培训,采取必要的措施保障残疾人受教育的权力,提高残疾人的素质和就业水平。
