New Development and Trend of Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation in Hematology Field

摘要 目的综述国内外血液学造血干细胞移植(HSCT)技术的最新进展及发展趋势,寻求北京军区血液学专业发展方向,以及建立理论依据。方法结合文献对国内外HSCT治疗的现状和发展趋势进行分析,对我军区目前已做工作进行全面总结。结果近年来,随着新技术发展、预防并发症药物应用、先进技术的应用,HSCT发展迅速,国内每年完成1500~2000例,积累了丰富经验,在国外引起关注,北京军区总医院和白求恩国际和平医院均可进行HSCT,在军事方面,HSCT对治疗放射病具有重要意义。结论深入研究HSCT技术,在相关学科的带动下,达到全军及国内先进水平,强调军事特色,在核战争中发挥重要作用。 Objective To review the latest progress and development trend of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) in hematology field, and to seek a breakthrough of direction and theoretical basis for the pro- fessional development in military. Methods The current situation and development trend on allo-HSCT were analyzed with the relevant overseas and domestic literature, and the outcome of allo-HSCT in military were summarized. Results Allo-HSCT has been developed rapidly in recent years with the development and application of new technology and new drug in complication prevention. With the HSCT quick development the annual completed numbers are 1500 -2000 pa- tients in China. Much experience was amassed. Both General Hospital of Beijing Military Area Command and Bethune International Peace Hospital of PLA may do allo-HSCT. These work show military value in nuclear radiation patients. Conclusion With the development of related disciplines and lucubration of HSCT technology, improvements in Allo- HSCT methods were achieved. Its development focused on military use. The continuous innovation for military value is necessary to rescue more patients in nuclear war.
