摘要
目的探讨Micro-CT技术结合逆向工程技术软件和CAD软件在建立下前牙及其瓷贴面修复体三维有限元模型中的应用。方法采用Micro-CT扫描技术和多种逆向工程软件和CAD软件相结合,建立下前牙和下前牙瓷贴面修复体的三维有限元模型。结果准确建立了下前牙以及下前牙瓷贴面粘接修复的精细三维模型。Von mi-ses应力主要集中在牙颈部和切端受力处,符合牙齿生理受力后情况。结论 Micro-CT技术结合逆向工程技术软件和CAD软件是建立牙体组织精细三维有限元模型的有效方法。
Objective To explore the application of Micro-CT technology with the reverse engineering technology software and CAD software in reconstruction of three-dimensional finite element model of mandibular incisors included porcelain veneers. Methods Three-dimensional finite element models of mandibular incisors included porcelain veneers were reconstructed by using Miero-CT scanning technology and multiple reverse engineering softwares and CAD software. Results The three-dimensional finite element models which contained porcelain laminate veneers and binder layer of the mandibular incisors were accurately established. Von raises stress force focused on cervix dentis and receptive stress inci- sion, which fit dental physiological characteristics. Conclusion Micro-CT technology with the reverse engineering technology software and CAD software may effectively stable the 3D finite element models of odontal tissues.
