摘要
本文提供了一种精确测算机械封闭功率流式(背靠背)齿轮疲劳试验机中齿轮组传动效率的方法。此方法只需要测量出驱动电机扭矩、一根传动轴上的扭矩、一个齿轮箱达到热稳定时的温度与环境的温度差3个测量值,通过考虑两种不同功率流方向,就能分别推导出试验机两个齿轮箱中齿轮组各自的传动效率。
A method is presented for determining the efficiency of gear clusters in testing rig with a mechanical closed power flow, based on measuring the torsion torque at the driving motor and at one of the transmission shafts and the stabilized temperature. Two directions of the power flow have been concerned during the determination.
