摘要 随着转基因食品的快速发展,转基因食品的大规模商业化引起了对安全性问题的广泛争议.为了对转基因食品作出综合的评价,建立灵敏、快速、准确、高通量的检测方法十分必要.本文综述了实时荧光定量PCR技术的基本原理、优缺点及其在转基因食品检测中的应用与研究进展,并探讨了该技术存在的问题和应用前景. With the rapid development of genetically modified foods (GMF), a considerable controversy was disputed over the safety problem of GMF because of its large scale commercialization. To evaluate the safety of GrdF synthetical- ly, a sensitive, rapid, accurate, high-throughput quantitative assay was necessary. In this paper, research progress of the fundamentals, advantages and disadvantages of real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR applied to GMF detection field was reviewed. Also, the existing problems and practical prospect of this technology were explored.
