高效液相色谱法测定清咽六味散中槲皮素的含量

Determination the Content of Quercetin in Qingyanliuwei San by HPLC Method

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定清咽六味散中槲皮素含量的方法.方法:采用Hypersil ODS-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5um)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(70:30),检测波长360nm,流速0.80ml/min,柱温为30℃.结果:槲皮素质量与峰面积有良好的线性关系,线性范围为0.02～0.4μg(r=0.9997).槲皮素的平均加样回收率为98.90%,RSD=1.29.结论:该方法简单、重现性好,结果准确可靠,可用于清咽六味散中槲皮素的质量控制.

Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determination the Quercetin in Qingyanliuwei San. Methods： Using a Hypersil ODS-C18 （250mm×4.6mm,5um）, mobile phase was methanol-water （70：30）, detection wavelength was $60nm, flow velocity was 0.800ml/min, column temperature was 30℃. Results： Quercetin quantity and the peak area has a good linear relationship between the linear range of 0.02- 0.4ug （r=0.9997）. The average recovery rate was 98.90%, RSD=1.29. Conclusion： The method is simple, reliable, reproducible, accurate, and can be used as quality control of quercetin in Qingyanliuwei San.
