摘要 为了解少花蒺藜草种子的萌发特性,对当年采集的少花蒺藜草种子进行低温(0~4℃)和室温(18~25℃)贮藏,贮藏时间分别为1个月、3个月、6个月,利用不同浓度梯度的GA3、KNO3、H2O2对各贮藏条件下的种子进行处理.结果表明:当年采集的种子具有很强的休眠力,贮藏1个月和3个月的种子均不发芽,两种条件下贮藏6个月的种子均有发芽能力;用4mg/kg的GA3对室温组贮藏6个月的种子处理后发芽率及发芽势均有提高,较CK分别提高了5.91%、3.87%,用30%的H2O2对低温组贮藏6个月的种子处理后发芽率和发芽势明显提高,较CK提高了85.46%、81.37%. In order to further understand Cenchrus Paueitlorus Benth. seed germination characteristics, this paper treat-ed on the current collection seeds by low temperature (0 - 4 ℃ ) and room temperature ( 18 - 25 ℃ ) storage, storage time was respectively 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and used different concentration gradient of GA3. KNO3, H:O2 soak-ing seeds. The resulis showed that: the acquisition of seeds had strong dormancy, seeds did not germinate under storag-ing for 1 month and 3 months, 6 months storage seeds recovered germination bility. Seeds germination rate and germi- nation with 4mg/kg GA3 treatmentwith of increased significantly under room temperature storage, compared with CK were increased by 5.91%, 3.87%, under the condition of cold storage of seeds after treated with 30% H2O2 germination rate and germination potential increased significantly, compared with CK increased by 85.46%, 81.37%.
