The out-of-date idetts and old ontents are the main guidance in the applied college. To train application talents is the key to these problems. We should take the idea of talent cultivation innovation as the forcrurmer, turn the opation guidance system innovation as a breakthrough, change the teaching content, teaching material, teaching method ＂, and make cflbrts to establish a scientific occupation guidance system on the diversified, thre^-dimensional and full range gradually.
