耳穴压豆加心理暗示、行为干预对化疗抑郁症患者生活质量的影响

Impact of Ear Acupoints with Beans and Psychological Behavior Intervention on Quality of Life of Patients with Depression of Chemotherapy

目的:观察耳穴压豆加心理暗示、行为干预对化疗抑郁症患者生活质量的影响。方法:将120例患者按随机数字表单盲法分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例,观察组采用耳穴压豆法合并心理暗示、行为干预;对照组采用常规止吐和基础护理方法。结果:两组患者在乏力、恶心呕吐、疼痛、失眠、食欲丧失、便秘,躯体功能、角色功能、情绪状态、认知功能等方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆加心理暗示、行为干预可改善化疗抑郁症患者的生活质量。

Objective：To observe the impact of ear acupoints with beans and psychological behavior intervention on quality of life of pa- tients with depression of chemotherapy. Methods ：120 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, and 60 cases in each group. The observation group was given ear aeupoints with beans and psychological behavior intervention, and the control group was treated with conventional anti-emeticum and basic nursing method. Results ： Comparisons of health aspects such as fa- tigue, nausea and vomiting, pain, insomnia, loss of appetite, constipation, body, characters, mood, cognitive function between the two groups of patients showed that the differences all had statistical significance（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Ear acupoints with beans and psy- chological behavior intervention can improve the quality of life of patients with depression of chemotherapy.
