经方中芍药药证探微

Exploration of the Indication of Radix Paeoniae Alba in Classical Prescriptions

目的:对经方中芍药药证进行探析。方法:结合《伤寒论》和《金匮要略》中有关芍药的条文及方剂,进行比较归纳鉴别分析。结果:芍药的药证主要体现在缓解挛急和疼痛的治疗,其次尚有蠲除血痹、化癥瘕坚积、调和气营、通利小便、调理大便的功效。通过和其他药物配伍,可以加强其主证和次证的相关疗效。不适宜用芍药的情况:虚寒下利、胸闷、咽痛。结论:经方中芍药的应用有一定的规律可循。

Objective ：To explore the indication of Radix Paeoniae Alba. Methods：By studying the relevant items and prescriptions inclu- ding Radix Paeoniae Alba in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Synopsis of Golden Chamber, the comparison,induction, identification as well as analysis were made. Results ： The indication of Radix Paeoniae Alba mainly manifests in relieving spasm and pain. Besides, it has the effects of eliminating blood Bi, resolving abdominal mass and hard lump, regulating qi phase and nutrient phase, and promoting uri- nation and regulating defecation. With the compatibility of other drugs, its curative effects for the primary syndrome and secondary syn- drome can be strengthened. However, Radix Paeoniae Alba is not advisable for the symptoms of diarrhea due to deficiency-cold, chest distress, sore throat. Conclusion：Certain rules could be followed in the application of Radix Paeoniae Alba in classical prescriptions.
