摘要
目的:探讨采用折顶手法治疗儿童尺骨、桡骨下段双骨折的疗效。方法:对自2006年4月至2011年4月苏州中医院采用折顶手法治疗的44例儿童尺骨、桡骨下段双骨折患者进行随访分析,观察疗效。结果:44例患儿中,2例要求解剖复位而选择手术;42例在治疗后3个月时随访治愈率达97.3%。结论:折顶手法具有创伤小,成功率高,功能恢复好等优点。
Objective：To explore the curative effect of manipulation in the treatment of children ulna and radius double fracture. Meth- ods ：Observe the curative effect of 44 cases children ulna and radius double fracture from April 2006 to April 2011 in Suzhou hospital by follow-up analysis. Result ：2 cases in 44 cases selected operation for anatomical reduction. The cure rate was 97.6% with all cases a- chieving cure criterion. Conclusion ： Manipulation has the advantages of small trauma, high achievement ratio, as well as good functional recovery.
