申春悌教授治咳证法方药的频数分析

Frequency Analysis of the Treatment for Cough by Professor Shen Chunti

目的:总结申春悌教授临床辨治咳嗽的用药特点。方法:搜集114例临床诊断为咳嗽并由申春悌教授治疗的患者初诊数据,经整理录入数据库,规范化后对其西医疾病、证候、立法、处方、用药等进行频数分析。结果:经频数分析得到申师诊疗咳嗽所涉及主要西医病种、常见证候、常用治法、常用方剂和药物。结论:通过频数分析,发现申师诊疗咳嗽重视病证结合,讲究同病异证异治和异病同证同治;数据分析结果客观反映申春悌教授临床诊疗咳嗽以肺失宣降,痰热内蕴为主要病机,以宣肺止咳、清热化痰、健脾助运为基础治法,以杏贝汤(杏仁、贝母、炙麻黄、桑白皮、瓜蒌皮、紫菀、款冬花、陈皮、半夏、黄芩、枇杷叶、荆芥)为基础方,处方君二、臣五、佐五配伍明确,临床兼变症多在此基础上进行灵活加减运用。

Objective：To summarize the medication characteristics of the treatment for cough by Professor Shen Chunti. Methods：The di- agnosed data of 114 patients diagnosed as cough and treated by Professor Shen were collated into databases. Analyze the syndromes,leg- islation, prescription, medication frequency after normalization. Results ： The treatment of Professor Shen involved major western medicine diseases, common syndrome, common treatment methods, commonly used prescription through frequency analysis. Conclusion：Frequency analysis found that Profession Shen emphasis on disease and syndrome,pay attention to the same disease with different syndromes and treatment as well as different disease with same syndromes and treatment. Data analysis objectively reflects the main pathogenesis is im- pairment of dispersing and descending function of the lung and accumulation phlegm-heat in the interior. Use facilitating lung, elimina- ting phlegm by cooling and strengthening spleen as foundation and Xingbei decoction as basis for active application.
