喻昌扶阳抑阴思想及临证运用

目的:探讨喻昌扶阳抑阴的学术思想。方法:分析阳虚阴盛病证的举隅案例,总结喻昌常用的扶阳抑阴方法。结果:扶阳抑阴是喻昌治疗各种阳虚阴盛病证的指导思想,姜附纯阳并灸法、真武坐镇龙雷之法、辛辣温散之法、破逐阴邪之法、厚土建中抵御阴邪之法等为其临床运用之具体方法。结论:喻昌重视人身阳气,认为肾阳是人身阳气之"本",宜潜藏勿用,在上、在外、在中之阳是为"用"之阳,分司温煦宣统、卫外御邪、运化水谷之职。

Objective：To investigate the thought of FuYangYiYin by Yu Chang. Methods：Analyze the cases of yang asthenia causing yin sthenia and summarize the commonly methods by Yu Chang. Results：FuYangYiYin method is the guiding ideology by Yu Chang in the treatment of various cases of yang asthenia causing yin sthenia. Conclusion ： Yu Chang attaches great importance to YangQi.
