冬凌草种子质量分级标准的研究

Research of Seed Quality Grading of Rabdosia Rubescens

目的:研究制定冬凌草种子的质量分级标准。方法:对不同产地的40份冬凌草种子的净度、千粒质量、发芽率、发芽势、含水量、生活力及带菌率等指标进行测定。采用SPSS17.0分析软件对各检测结果进行分析,得出划分等级的主要指标并制定出冬凌草种子质量的分级标准。结果:将冬凌草种子的质量分为三级,一级种子发芽率不低于89%,发芽势不低于81%,千粒质量不低于0.56 g;二级种子发芽率为78%～89%,发芽势为70%～81%,千粒质量为0.53～0.56 g;三级种子发芽率为71%～78%,发芽势为57%～70%,千粒质量为0.52～0.53 g。结论:发芽率为冬凌草种子质量分级的主要指标,发芽势和千粒质量为质量分级的重要参考指标。

Objective ： To formulate the seed quality grading standard of Rabdosia rubescens. Methods ： The purity, thousand kernels quali- ty, germination percentage, germinative energy, moisture content, viability, and of Rabdosia rubescens seed samples from 40 regions were tested. Through software of SPSS 17.0, the key indicator for seed quality grading were defined and formulate the seed quality grading standard of Rabdosia rubescens. Result ： All the seeds of Rabdosia rubescens were sorted into three grades. The seed quality of each grade should reach the following requirements ： for first grade seeds, germination percentage ≥ 89%, germinative energy ≥ 81% , thou- sand kernels weight ≥0.56 g; for second grade seeds, germination percentage 78% -89%, germinative energy 70% -81%, thousand kernels weight 0.53 - 0.56 g; for third grade seeds, germination percentage 71% - 78%, germinative energy 57% - 70% , thousand kernels weight 0.52 - 0.53 g. Conclusion ： Germination percentage was the primary indicator of seed quality grading, germinative energy and thousand-grain quality were important reference indicators.
