摘要
目的:研究九节菖蒲的化学成分。方法:利用Diaion HP-20,Toyopearl HW-40,Sephadex LH-20,硅胶等柱色谱技术对九节菖蒲的化学成分进行分离纯化,根据化合物的光谱数据和理化性质鉴定其结构。结果:分离并鉴定了9个化合物的结构,分别为:七叶内酯(Ⅰ),氢化咖啡酸(Ⅱ),阿魏酸(Ⅲ),氢化阿魏酸(Ⅳ),5-羟甲基糠醛(Ⅴ),3,4-二羟基苄醇(Ⅵ),9,12,13-三羟基-10,15-十八碳二烯酸(Ⅶ),5-羟基-4-氧代戊酸(Ⅷ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅸ)。结论:化合物(Ⅰ)-(Ⅶ)均为首次从该植物中分得。文献引用:王彦志,牛堃杰,曾光,等.九节菖蒲的化学成分研究[J].中医学报,2013,28(5):700-701.
Objective : To investigate the chemical constituents of anemone ahaica fisch. Methods : The compounds were isolated with Di- aion HP-20, Toyopearl HW-40, Sephadex LH-20, silical gel column chromatography. Structures of these compounds were identified by physiochemical properties and spectral analysis. Results:Nine compounds were obtained, and their structures were identified as Escule- tin ( Ⅰ) , Hydroferulic acid (Ⅱ ) , Ferulie acid (Ⅲ ) , Hydroferulic acid ( Ⅳ ) ,5-hydroxymethyl furfural ( Ⅴ ) ,3,4-dihydroxy benzyl al- cohol ( Ⅵ ) ,9,12,13-trihydroxy-10,15-octadecadienoic acid ( Ⅶ) , 5-hydroxy-4-oxo-pentanoic acid ( Ⅷ ) , sitosterol (Ⅸ). Conclusion : Compounds ( Ⅰ) - (Ⅶ) were isolated from this plant for the first time.
