Improvement of TLC Identification of Congerximing Pills

目的:探讨聪耳熄鸣丸的薄层鉴别方法的改变。方法:在原有标准的基础上,对聪耳熄鸣丸中甘草薄层色谱中供试品前处理条件进行优化,以甘草对照药材为对照,采用薄层色谱法进行鉴别研究。结果:供试品色谱中,检出与甘草对照药材相同颜色的斑点,缺甘草阴性对照无干扰。结论:改良的超声提取法色谱斑点清晰,展开效果理想,重复性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

Objective：To explore the method to improve TLC Identification of Congerximing Pills. Methods：Optimized the sample pre - treatment conditions of TLC identification of the preparations on the basis of the original standard by contrast with licorice hydnocarpi. Used thin layer chromatography to do the identification research. Results ： Characteristic spots could be observed on positions correspond- ing to Glycyrrhizae and the preparation respectively, and had no the negative control. Conclusion：This method is highly exclusive, and can be used in the quality control of the preparation.
