活用生肌玉红膏治疗褥疮临床研究

Clinical Research of Shengji Yuhong Ointment in the Treatment of Bedsores

目的:观察调整生肌玉红膏中轻粉的用量对褥疮愈合的影响。方法:将80例患者按随机数字表单盲法分为试验组和对照组,每组各40例。试验组采用不同剂量轻粉的生肌玉红膏治疗,对照组采用常规剂量轻粉的生肌玉红膏治疗,观察两组的治疗效果。结果:试验组创面愈合总疗效和治愈时间与对照组比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05),试验组的治疗效果明显优于对照组。结论:调整生肌玉红膏中轻粉用量治疗褥疮疗效更优。

Objective：To observe the effect of light amount Shengji yuhong ointment for bedsores healing. Methods ：80 patients were ran- domly divided into test group and control group,40 cases in each group. The test group was treated with different doses of calomeas Shengji yuhong ointment and the control group was treated with conventional doses. Then observe the effect in both groups. Results： Compared the wound healing efficacy and cure time in two groups, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The therapeu- tic effect of test group was better than that of control group. Conclusion ： Adjust amount of calomeas in Shengji yuhong ointment has bet- ter treatment for bedsores.
